Wonderful service! They came right away to fix my furnace, employees were so nice!

In the hottest stretch of weather we had in Eldridge, Iowa, our AC/Furnace decided to crash on an evening when the late nite temp in our home was 84 degrees. We had company coming the following day. We placed a call to Precision Air - talked to Eric Long and from there - the next 36 hrs. were amazing! The team of Josh Townsend, Stan Young, James Graves, Ben Milota, Justin Nelson went to work. Tearout - installation was flawless. The Precision Air Team had us up and running the next evening and everything was spotless. We would highly recommend Precision Air to anyone!!!!! Absolutely outstanding service! Due to a scheduling issue with another company I decided to drop them and call Precision Air to see if they could squeeze me in to fix my furnace. I had called around 1pm and explained the scheduling issue and told them I was hoping to get my furnace fixed yet the same day. The lady told me they were booked for the afternoon but would make a phone call anyways. She called me back and said someone would be there in about 2 hours. Dan came to fix my furnace and was absolutely fantastic! Super easy to talk to and very understanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I was good to go! Could not have been happier with the service!

Excellent service! 90+ degrees outside on a Friday at quitting time and of course our geothermal stops cooling. Called them and Eric was there within 45 minutes, determined the blower unit was bad and got one ordered. Long story short they covered the part under warranty even though they did not install it originally and will get my business from this day forward! Thank you

We lost our a/c during a hot stretch. They came out right away and fixed it for us. They made room for us in their schedule. Fast and reliable.

Called Precision in search for some quotes. Eric wasn’t available at the time, but called me pretty quick after I left the message for him. He was very friendly, stopped by my house within 20 minutes of calling me, gave me his honest opinion and got me penciled in to replace furnace next business day. I can tell when someone is bluffing me but he seemed honest. I was very happy with everything and great communication. Thank you Eric and Precision! :)

I called a few places to get estimates for a new geothermal system and this is the only place that gave me an estimate on the spot! That is major after hearing so many say they would give me a quote by the end of the week and wound up being a week late! Everyone was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend! Our new system looks absolutely amazing and works awesome.
